Been trying to get Dracula all day , get error code ERR-0x0011. Was told by tech support that I needed a booster to be ablee to purchase a movie.

same goes for CT. "TRY AGAIN IN A FEW MINUTES" is what we get 50% of the time and it takes hours to work. then, playbacks freeze at every commercial and require a restart.....if your lucky.

I have had this problem for over a year. I have called Comcast a dozen times and today tried a new CableCARD which is behaving exactly the same way. Anybody who could help, I would be all ears.

On Demand Problems
So I'm watching the latest episode of my favorite show On Demand and have to leave the room for a moment. I pause the show, depart the room and return about 7 minutes later. The show has stopped and returned me to the On Demand menu. I select Recently Viewed programs and try to restart my show. It does not start from where I paused, it starts from the very beginning of the show, I now have to rewatch 27 minutes of the show. What's up with this Comcast?? This is not the first time this has happened, plus we can no longer fast forward through the commercials. Come on Comcast.....you used to be better then this, why has your service changed? I need an explanation and some assistance please!!

According to the commercials on tv Gone Girl is available to rent or buy . It has never become available to rent!!! What is going on redbox is faster.

On Demand
I am getting Error Code SRM-8012. I tried rebooting the box but that does not work. I called earlier today and he sent a refresh signal but that didn't work either. Any other suggestions? I get this on all my on demand selections.

Blocked from HBO On demand although we are (long term) HBO subscribers!
We are HBO subscribers.
Suddenly, aout of nowhere, cannot access HBO on demand series shows.
Asking us to "buy a subscription set". WHAT! ?
We are already paying for this service.
Cannot find any answers at the Cocast / Xfinity sites.
Exceedingly annoying to be unable to access a service we are paying for!!!!!!!!

Watched episodes 1-4 of Jane the Virgin, then it skips to episode 10?
I checked some other shows, Castle's missing 10 random episodes, The Good Wife is missing the first 10, Modern Familys current season goes EP 1 to 3 to 5 to 9 to 10 to 12.
Almost every single show I checked had missing episodes. Is something wrong with our system? We recently had it installed. Or is this the norm?
We never had this problem with the comcast system before we got X1. If we wanted to "catch up" on a show we could watch all the episodes, in order.

What is rediculouse is that before I upgraded to X1 the on demand movies did not have commercials. Now the movies have 2 or 3 xfinity commercials. So my upgrade was downgraded.

Missing Episodes on On Demand
I searched online for the episodes of my show that were missing from On Demand. I found them. But I would have to buy them via Amazon or other sources. At one point I went directly to the network (The CW) and they too, did not have the 4 missing episodes available.
I, like everyone else, have been blaming Comcast. But, if Comcast and the network and all sources in between do not provide these episodes I can only conclude that it is the neworks who are holding out on us. Regardless of who it is, it is really unfair.
Can anyone clarify what....is....going....one?

Very frustrated that Gone Girl is not available for rent! I WILL NOT pay $15 bucks to purchase! I guess I will go to Redbox. I am so tired of Comcast!

On Demand not working
For two days now I do not have on demand. It only shows welcome to on demand. There is no contents. I have called twice about this issue and both times, they rebooted the box and I still have no On Demand contents. The last call today said they would have a technical person call me back between 12 and 5. Well it is past 5 and I stayed in all afternoon by the phone. I don't have time to sit by the phone. I am seriously thinking about switching to Verizon. Is anyone else having this issue?

I havent been able to watch on demand since last friday. Keep gettiing error code 14. Have called customer service numerous times as well as on line chat, no resolution. Just changed out my cable box today, and guess what, Still get error code 14. I am so fed up with this!!!

Doesn't the commercial as advertised say " Any device Any time On Demand"? so if I rent a movie from my television isn't is supposed to show it is available to watch on my PC? Can someone give me some advice on how to do this? Thank you.

On Demand Issues
Hi,
My ondemand hasn't worked for over a week and when I try to access it I'm given the error code of ERR-0X000F. When I searched that error code on your site nothing came up. My internet has also been down just as long as the ondemand. I tried restarting everything several times. Unplugging every plug and hitting the restart button again and again. Other than that the HBO and basic tv channels are working fine. I talked to a comcast provider on the phone but nothing seemed to work. I'd like to avoid having someone come to my home seeing as it will cost me $49.99 despite it being an issue on your end.
